1. Safety Commitment

MHIntralogistics prioritizes the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, customers, and site personnel. All work is performed in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, as well as customer specific safety requirements.

We promote a proactive safety culture focused on hazard identification, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

2. Regulatory Compliance

MHIntralogistics complies with all applicable laws, standards, and regulations, including but not limited to:

• OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards

• NFPA standards (including NFPA 70 – NEC, and NFPA 79 where applicable)

• UL and UL 508A requirements for industrial control panels (design support)

• State and local workplace safety regulations

• Customer safety policies and site specific procedures

3. Field Work & Site Safety

For on site services involving conveyors, material handling equipment (MHE), and automation systems:

• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed at all times

• Equipment is verified to be in a safe state prior to inspection or troubleshooting

• Work is coordinated with site operations and safety teams

• Required permits, approvals, and safety briefings are completed before work begins

• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used as required by the site

4. Engineering & Technical Controls

Engineering services are performed using industry accepted practices to ensure system safety and reliability, including:

• Review of safety circuits, emergency stops, and interlocks

• Compliance with OEM design requirements and safety bulletins

• Controls logic verification to prevent unsafe operating conditions

• Proper documentation, labeling, and version control of system changes

5. Subcontractor Management

When subcontractors are engaged:

• Subcontractors must meet MHIntralogistics safety and qualification requirements

• All subcontracted work is performed under MHIntralogistics oversight

• Subcontractors must comply with customer safety policies and applicable regulations

• Proof of insurance, certifications, and training may be required

6. Training & Competency

MHIntralogistics ensures that personnel performing work are qualified for their assigned tasks through:

• Relevant technical experience in industrial automation and MHE

• Ongoing safety awareness and best practice training

• Familiarity with customer environments, including distribution centers and fulfillment operations

7. Incident Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Any safety incidents, near misses, or hazards identified during work activities are promptly reported and addressed. Corrective actions are implemented as necessary to prevent recurrence and improve overall safety performance.
